Legal agreement.
These B2CLOUD Terms of Use ("Terms of Use"), together with any additional terms and conditions that apply to certain of our services and features as presented on the website "gcti.cloud" owned by B2CLOUD and collectively the ("B2CLOUD Terms"), all of which set forth the entire terms and conditions that apply to any visitor or user of the gcti.cloud site and/or any of the other services, applications, and features that we offer therein, unless otherwise stated. User account.
In order to use and access certain sections and features of the gcti.cloud website, you will first need to register and create an account ("User Account"). We strongly recommend that you maintain the confidentiality of your User Account credentials, and do not allow access to them by third parties, as you will be fully responsible for actions taken through your User Account (including all related representations, warranties and agreements).
You must provide accurate and complete information to which you have exclusive rights when you create your user account and when you use B2CLOUD's GCTI services. In the event of a dispute over the ownership of a user account, we reserve the right to suspend the account.
You may stop using and request to cancel your User Account at any time. The effective date and time for such cancellation is the date and time at which you have completed the cancellation process (email, or postal mail). If your User Account is cancelled (whether at your request or at B2CLOUD's discretion), this may result in the loss of certain content, functionality or capabilities of your User Account.
Security.
B2Cloud is committed to providing its users with secure access to its services through its hosting partners, including physical, electronic and procedural measures. Among other things, we provide secure HTTPS access to our services areas, including a blog only accessible in private mode; the transmission of sensitive payment information through our subscription packages is protected by an industry-standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection that complies with EU PSD2 standards.
For security reasons, we do not accept registration and login procedures to our services using generic email addresses. Only professional email addresses are granted.

However, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute protection and security of your Personal Information. We therefore encourage you to create strong passwords (numbers, letters, special characters, Shift, Min), to change them regularly, to not disclose your user account information to third parties, and to not share your personal information via email.
Intellectual Property.
The "B2CLOUD" and "Business to Cloud" trademarks are registered community trademarks and are protected by the EUIPO (European Union Office for Intellectual Property). Furthermore, you are formally forbidden to use this brand for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes, without the explicit written authorisation of the owner "B2CLOUD SAS".
Our innovations are protected by patents at EPO N°107851263 (European Office) and SIPO N°3323099 (Chinese Office).

Any copying, modification, reuse, creation of derivative works and transmission to third parties of the content available on the btocloud.eu and gcti.cloud websites is strictly prohibited under the applicable copyright rules.
